REFUND POLICY

For Returns – The product amount will be added as a credit code to your BUDDHOO.IN account which you can redeem against your future purchases. We do not issue bank account refunds.

Note: We do not issue a refund for COD orders or COD shipping charges.For Cancellations – If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing, the refund will be done to your original mode of payment and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.

For order cancellation requests after 24 hours of placing, the refund amount will be added to your BUDDHOO.IN account in the form of a credit code.

For Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as a credit code as per your convenience.

For Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account or as a credit code as per your convenience.
