WHAT IS REFUND POLICY ?
You can ask for refund/free replacement against any of your order within 7days of its Date of delivery, provide that the products are found to be defective /wrong.
For Cancellations – If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing, the refund will be done to your original mode of payment and the amount will reflect in your bank account within 3-5 business days.
For Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided into your bank account.
For Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account.
